New pictures have been released from the 2014 Doctor Who season finale Death in Heaven.

With Cybermen on the streets of London, old friends unite against old enemies and the Doctor takes to the air in a startling new role.

Death in Heaven - Transmission Details

The BBC have confirmed that the final episode in the current run of Doctor Who, Death in Heaven, will have a 60 minute duration.

It will broadcast in the UK on BBC One, on 8th November from 8pm until 9pm.

The programme will once more follow Strictly Come Dancing. It will be followed by the annual Royal Legion Festival of Remembrance. On the other main UK channels the episode is scheduled against ITV's The X Factor (which airs from 8:00pm to 10:00pm), the Culture Show, on BBC2, Walking through History on Channel 4, and the film The Case for Christmas on Channel Five.

The BBC have confirmed that the penultimate episode in the current run of Doctor Who, Dark Water, will broadcast in the UK on 1st November at the slightly earlier time of 8:15pm.

The programme will once more follow Strictly Come Dancing and will be followed by Casualty. On the other main UK channels the episode is scheduled against ITV's The X Factor (which airs from 8:00pm to 10:00pm), a repeat of Dad's Army, on BBC2, Walking through History on Channel 4, and World War II in Colour on Channel Five.



In the mysterious world of the Nethersphere, plans have been drawn up.

Missy is about to come face to face with the Doctor, and an impossible choice is looming.

“Death is not an end” promises the sinister organisation known only as 3W – but, as the Doctor and Clara discover, you might wish it was.

The BBC has released a new set of pictures from the next episode of Doctor Who - Mummy On The Orient Express, which debuts next Saturday.
The Doctor and Clara are on the most beautiful train in history, speeding among the stars of the future - but they are unaware that a deadly creature is stalking the passengers.

Once you see the horrifying Mummy you only have 66 seconds to live. No exceptions, no reprieve. As the Doctor races against the clock Clara sees him at his deadliest and most ruthless. Will he work out how to defeat the Mummy? Start the clock!

Kill the Moon - New Pictures

The BBC has released a new set of pictures from the next episode of Doctor Who - Kill the Moon, which debuts next Saturday.
In the near future, the Doctor and Clara find themselves on a space shuttle making a suicide mission to the Moon.

Crash-landing on the lunar surface, they find a mining base full of corpses, vicious spider-like creatures poised to attack, and a terrible dilemma.

When Clara turns to the Doctor for help, she gets the shock of her life.
Written by Peter Harness and directed by Paul Wilmshurst.
