P.S.

Friday, 12 October 2012 - Reported by Chuck Foster
The BBC have released a special scene that tells the tale of what happened to Brian Williams after the departure of his son Rory and wife Amy at the end of The Power of Three. The scene was written by Chris Chibnall but never recorded, and is presented now through the use of animated storyboards, featuring the voice of Arthur Darvill.

Executive Producer Caroline Skinner said:
We're delighted we can present this lovely scene written by Chris Chibnall. People took Rory's dad, Brian, to their hearts very quickly, so it's fitting we can give the character a degree of closure in this poignant piece.

A Writer's Tale

Saturday, 22 September 2012 - Reported by Chuck Foster
The BBC have released their latest 'confidentialette' to accompany the new episode, The Power of Three. The behind-the-scenes video sees cast and crew reflect upon the writer Chris Chibnall, the character of Kate played by Jemma Redgrave, and the family of Brian, Amy, Rory and the Doctor.

Meanwhile, the two 'reality' stars give their own comments on being involved in the episode. Professor Brian Cox said:
I have been a Doctor Who fan for a long time - from Pyramids of Mars and The Hand of Fear onwards, with the great Tom Baker and Elisabeth Sladen. I am also a huge fan of Matt, so it was a tremendous honour to be part of one of the great institutions of British television.
Meanwhile, Lord Sugar commented:
I have watched Doctor Who for over 40 years and I was flattered when they approached me to make a cameo. It's an honour to be appearing in such an iconic programme, not to mention the street cred it gives me with the grandkids.

Trailers for the finale of this run of episodes, The Angels Take Mahattan, are also now available to view online.
